• Real time snap shot of your ledger with the ability to pay online free of charge using your checking account information.
• Submitted work orders will be directly input into our system and generated for the maintenance team with no delay.
• Resident announcements such as community events and updates about what’s going on at The Addison One15.
• Community groups to meet neighbors with similar interests.
• Expecting a package? See if it was dropped off at the office on the portal, you will now be alerted.
• Planning an event? See if the club house is available for rent and make reservations all in one place.
• You can contact the office or an employee directly from the portal as well.
